Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions describe the key expectations between us (K-iu Rooms) and you. By using our service, you agree to these terms and conditions. 

What we provide:

We are not a hotel service, we simply connect you to our hosts who offer their actual homes to accommodate travellers and commuters.

 

Cleanliness: All our host properties are professionally cleaned between stays. There is no daily housekeeping service but additional clean bedding and linen can be requested. Additional cost may apply.

Amenities: All properties are furnished to high specifications which include home appliances and kitchenette etc. There may be fitness centres, dining facilities in or nearby the residence but they are not part of our service. Please make your own enquiry directly with those service providers on your arrival.

Mobile check-in: Self check-in at all properties, unless advised otherwise at booking.

What you need to do:

While you will have full access to the booked property during your stay, we expect you to respect our host homes and leave it in the conditions you found it at arrival.

Identification: Please provide your ID, CMT or passport when checking in. We may need to validate your identity to complete the check in procedure.

House rules:

- Please do not bring more people over the number of people registered to the apartment without notice and without the host's consent.

- Please no parties, events, birthdays etc. It is important not to make noise and affect the neighbours.

- Please do not smoke inside the house, you can smoke outside on the balcony (outdoor). If the smoke detector in the house detects smoking, you will have to pay your own fines to the Building Management and the cleaning fee to deodorize the apartment.

- Please do not bring weapons, explosives, inflammable, drug, prohibited goods to enter the apartment. If you intentionally violate, you will be prosecuted by the local authorities.

- Pet are not allowed.

- Please do not rearrange the furniture inside the apartment. If you break, damage, lose the property of the apartment, you will have to compensate at the current price.

- Please take care of yourself/your children/family/friends. We do not take responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while in the property.

- We will not hold any responsibilities for money, valuables during your stay.

- Please return the card to the lockbox in the mailbox before leaving. If you lose your key, you are liable for a replacement charge (currently £150).
